1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange for most items purchased through our website and collected in-store, provided that:

• The item is returned within 28 days of collection.

• The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was collected.

• You present a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

The following items are non-returnable, unless faulty:

• Intimate or sanitary goods

• Gift cards or vouchers

• Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”

2. Damaged or Faulty Items

If an item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect at the time of collection:

• Please notify a team member immediately at the collection point, or

• Contact us within 48 hours of collection using the details below.

We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund, depending on availability and your preference.

3. Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind about an item:

• You may request a return within 28 days of collection.

• Refunds for change-of-mind returns may be issued as:

  • A refund to your original payment method, or

  • Store credit, in line with Home Desire’s policy.

Any service or handling fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

4. Refund Processing

Once your return is inspected and approved:

• Refunds to your original payment method will typically take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

• Store credit (if applicable) will be added to your Home Desire account after approval.

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

5. Items Not Collected

If you do not collect your order within 7 days:

• Your order may be cancelled automatically.

• Refunds will be issued according to the nature of the products ordered.

• Any service or handling fees may not be refundable.
